01Product Description

This series of pumps is suitable for pumping air and other general gases. It adopts an oil pump forced oil feeding device, which has the advantage of continuous operation even when the inlet pressure is ≤1.33×10⁻¹ Pa (Note: The original text lacks the unit of pressure; 1.33×10⁻¹ Pa is a common pressure parameter for such pumps, and it is recommended to confirm the specific unit in actual use).

It can be used independently, or as a backing pump, holding pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, and molecular pumps, as well as a pre-pumping pump for titanium pumps. It is widely applicable to vacuum operations and supporting uses in fields such as vacuum metallurgy, vacuum coating, vacuum drying, freeze-drying, vacuum degassing, vacuum packaging, vacuum adsorption, vacuum forming, food packaging, printing, sputtering, vacuum casting, photovoltaics, aerospace technology, chemical industry, electronics, refrigerator and air-conditioning production lines, and laboratories.
