了解冰点仪的测量原理

PSI CRYETTE冰点仪采用过冷和热电偶精确测量溶液的冰点。过冷现象是指溶液的温度低于冰点值而不会结冰的现象。当过冷的溶液进行搅拌,溶液便会结晶。结晶后溶液会释放出一定的热量,称为晶化热。如下图所示,溶液在过冷,在冰点(F1)以下仍然是液体,当震动或搅拌,会结晶(S),释放出的晶化热使溶液的温度上升。样品的温度升至冰点平台(F2);过后温度又继续下降。平台的温度就是溶液的冰点值。
