- 牛奶属于胶体溶液,其冰点具有相对稳定性(正常牛奶冰点约为-0.525℃至-0.565℃)。当牛奶中添加水分时,其固形物含量降低,冰点会向0℃方向升高(即冰点上升)。

- 利用这一特性,采用行业通用的冰点测定方法(如拉乌尔定律应用),通过1.4250设备测定样品冰点,结合标准公式计算加水量,实现精确检测。
